Welcome Randy, to the Club, and your purchase of a Classic Roadster, Great cars by the way :) The carpet kit & glove box I had done by my interior guy, I was lucky enough to still have the carpet kit from 1992, but Brian (Int. Guy) said it would have been just as easy, to lay new carpet down, The glove box's we made, two different one's, one that fit's flush, and the one we used, that is just like a real Cobra uses, that sit's against the dash. Do you have the glove box inset? Gas pedal is a Chev. Monza but I would get a aftermarket one, much better piece. Clutch cable sleeve, what motor & gearbox are you using?? Reach out to us, for any other question's, there is a lot of Classic Roadster owners here, we're ready to help, Cheers Tom.

good luck, there is nothing available for these turds...

MaSnaka 02-28-2020 08:59 PM

The company is out but many parts are available. Proprietary parts maybe hard to find but can usually be made or an alternative will do. Its good to keep in touch here as there is a vendor or two promising what you want to hear but don't deliver. Do a search before you put your money down. Lots of Classic Roadster owners eager to help. Its a good car.

Good luck,
John

Shell Valley should have most of the parts you need.

How do like the classic chambered exhaust? What packing did you use. If any?

Dwight 03-14-2020 03:58 PM

I installed a pair on my Lone Star years ago and loved them. Good sound and quieter than the stock side pipes.
No packing required

Thanks Dwight for the info.

Classic chambered here too. 2 1/2" open bore, I think 32" long. Increased HP and a much better sound. I get lots of compliments. I'm happy. I did opt for the packing but I understand it gets cooked away over time.

chambered exhaust

Hi,
straight through 2 1/4", good rumble at low revs and loud pulses at open throttle, took a bit to get used to the different sound. It is loud even for a 289!

Once the body of a classic roadster cobra is attached to the frame...HOW DO YOU REMOVE AND OR SERVICE THE RADIATOR?

Cant go out the bottom...
Cant go out the front...
Cant go out the top...
Cant go out the sides...

And last but not least...Cant go out the rear!

Depending on if you have the stock lower arms, a fox body mustang sway will fit

Radiator removal for Classic Roadster.

Answer:
Remove the hood. Make sure you mark the exact location, I used blue tape, to align the hood to boddy perfectly. It comes out the top.
