Hey Bulldog,
I believe the CR with the tilt wheel came from a Chevy Chevette (Year??) Ignition is on the side of the column, like 74priolli said.

As far as your paint goes I have no idea what color was used. My car is silver but there are many shades of silver. I went to a body shop (a friend owns) and he has a camera that analyzes the paint for a color match. I brought him the car, his paint shop guy put the camera against the paint, went back to the shop and 5 minutes later handed me a pint sized cup of paint. I used it to patch up stone chips and some wear and tear. Perfect no...close yes...improvement oh yeah!! Good luck!!
