Rear coil overs

Bulldog here haven’t posted in a long while have been thinking about changing to coil overs on rear of car I have 300 lb on now with some shocks that are way wrong . Should I go with 200 or 250 lbs. to soften it up. Just thinking about it still fighting this cancer thing but in remission and getting my strength back hopefully I will be able to do somework on car by summer .Hope everyone has a great summer.
