Wipers
Getting ready to fit the windshild wipers and as usual it seems I'm missing parts. What I have is the wiper moter with about 35" of cable attached to it and two wiper posts. What else is missing and where can I get it?

You'll need some tubing (I used aluminum fuel line). The tubing goes over the wiper cable, between the motor and posts and between the posts.
You'll also need some wipers. I'm sure Don or DV can tell you which ones. (I seem to remember they were replacement wipers, tiny ones)! |
Donald, The wiper kit comes with several parts.
Motor wheel boxes wheel box covers, gaskets, and nuts gear tube nut and receiver wiper tubes cable arms, and blades Let me know what you are missing. Don |
Don, what I have is the Motor with the cable attached to it, 2 wiper posts with the wheel boxes, new wiper arms and blades. Seem what I am missing (?) are 6" cable Jacket, 9 3/8" cable jacket, 18 1/2" cable jacket, wiper cable assembly, motor bracket. The assembly manual is not in good shape and this what I believe is says.
