CR uses custom rear lower control arms??

What does this mean exactly: longer; shorter; spring perch location; sway bar location? I am trying to reduce some of the bind that four links are notorious for. Specifically, on the track, the inside tire sometimes lifts off the ground and hurts the car's ability to get out of the turns. Rear sway bar being used only measures .79 OD so I am confident the problem lies with the control arms binding. I want to add some heim joints to the lower arms among other things. They make some nice adjustable (length wise) rear lower control arms for Mustangs. If the length is approximately the same, they will work. I run coilovers so the perch location is not important. I can alway weld the sway bar mount tabs to the proper location if need be. Thanks guys.

Curt the CR lower control arms are shorter than stock. The uppers are the same length as stock. If you go with coil overs in the rear, it gives you more options on lower control arms depending on what you fabricate to bolt them up.

Thanks Jdean. Do you know how much shorter? Maybe I can cut down an adjustable unit from MM or Griggs, but I would need to know how much to cut and determine with the manufacturer if this can be done.

Curt, I dont know how much shorter, maybe an inch and a half. I did have a stock lower control arm laying around that I could compare to, but I cleaned out and got rid of it.

Maybe Don Scott will chime in.
