I guess everyone has seen the ebay ad for CR by now. Not a cobra, the whole company. Hope it's a bogus ad.

Allow me to say this, and it is all that I know; Don has never lied or even fibbed to me about anything, he has assured me that "every" back order and order will be filled asap. However he can not give a time line partly due to the nightmare that prior people/company have put him in. DV "We" will prevail! |
Let us wait for the fat lady to sing. I know the Brooklyn Bridge has been sold a few times. Maybe a hoax, maybe not. I am concerned about this most recent revelation but there is not much I can do or say that will affect this. I am going to be patiently watching and waiting for the fog to clear up on this one. DV I hope your right and the good guys prevail. I did call and leave a message with CR about 3 days ago, before this news came out, and am still waiting for a call back.

i stopped at CRII about a month ago to pick up parts.
Don told me at the time he is looking to sell CRII he also owns the ebay Store Centre Sellers i know this for a fact ive been to the shop and spoke to him in person. Don has helped me out greatly with my car and i hope everything works out for him. seems as though he is a very busy man and CRII is not the only business he owns. be patient i believe he is a stand up guy and he will come through. |

Usually, if someone buys a business, they assume all the credits and debits currently on the books, including outstanding orders. State law should clarify any exceptions.

All I am at liberty to say is- it's all good! Bad situation for Don, (however this will take a huge load off of Don.) but the rest is good. All will come out soon! DV |
