The label(s) say

10600 ea
panel, latch access c427 left (and right)

It is a big plastic piece with two labels

just guessing --is that seatbelt latch >?

You have to cut it into two pieces. It covers your door latches inside the rear fenders wells. Look at the inner wheel well you will see a lage cut out on each one. once you get the wheel well piece installed with the metal support bar from the latch to the frame is bolted in place you will see how they fit.
