Ohio Cobra Club 2009 Raffle Car
Hi Guys,
The 2009 London Cobra Show raffle car is well under way. This year will be a little bit of a twist as we are doing the Daytona Coupe. The website www.londoncobrashow.com is up and running so log on and get your tickets. Also we are selling Tee shirts from last year's show at a reduced price and some of the older DVD's have been marked down. We will be posting more info as soon as we can. In the for what its worth category: If you go to the "LCS Merchandise" category of the London Cobra Show website it does offer the 2008 LCS DVD for sale. If you go to the "LCS Media" part it says "2008 video coming soon". I assume the first part is correct. I ordered mine last night.

Media Section
Actually, the Media section of the web page is where we will hopefully have a video for you to watch about the building of the 09 raffle car. We just don't have it ready yet. As for the 2008 Video, I believe we are in the final stages of editing and once that is completed we will go to production. We will ship them as soon as we can. I think I heard someone say we had about 40 hours of video to edit down to 1.5-2 hours. That isn't as easy as it sounds. It is really hard to cut out any of the video. But a 40 hours video wouldn't be practical. Thanks for your support.

Are the hotels going to be located on at the same place. I know there was some discussion on changing those venues. Just wanted to check.

Hotels for LCS 2009
At this point we will be in the same location. There are two new hotels being built that will be up and running by June. Our hope is the addition of two new hotels will improve the accomodations more to the attendees likings. They may be a little more expense, but there is always the old hotels if you are watching pennies. We have looked at other locations in the area, but that area still offers the best access to everything we need. One huge problem would be where else could we put up a tent so close to the hotels. Not many places. 2009 will also see added security. Since we had a couple of issues last year, we will address that with patrolinf security in 2009. It won't be long now. We hope to have registrations up on the web soon. We will post info on the two new hotels as soon as we know all the details.
