Dont use the bicycle 10 speed handles provide with the kit. They are a piece of CRAP. Throw them in the trash. Rig up a pull lever of somekind with a nice looking handle. If you want a picture of what I did, PM me.

OK,
I have been preaching for years to use the bycycle handles that come with the kit, but I see now that "Watson's" now has a set up where you sill use the "Bear Claw" Latches. What ever you do please do not do 'two' things; use another type latch, i.e., FFR, Finishlines, these latches are not only NOT approved by the DOT there is a reason, they WILL pop open at the most inopertune time! OK....we don't care about the driver, but think about a passanger, especially a young kid!

Second thing you do NOT want to do is not to use their bracket that goes from the frame to the "Bear Claw" latch! This supports the entire rear 'dog-leg' of the car. Riding or just sitting. Without it, you are asking for the body/dog-leg to crack! If nothing else I have learned about modifiying or taking it out as some people have, it is not IF the body will crack, but only When!

OK, enough safety preaching.....please pay attention.
