Now building a UK RamSC with scratch built IRS etc for mainly racing and some road use. The Almac is a great kit and the guys there did a good job getting the body shape from photos. The Ram car is a lot more like an original with much narrower radiator opening and tailights are 4" closer together which gives the rear guards more shape and curve, but having imported this body I have had to get a major twist out of it and other issues which have resulted in practically years of work, good luck with your mission!

Two Almacs and a Ram! Mate - good on ya! I've admired Almacs for a long time - somewhere I still have the article for the one reviewed in Kitcar. I've got the front wing from a crashed one that I got from a mate who worked a summer with them about 18 years ago...can't bring myself to chuck it out. Thanks for the support - hopefully I am not being too ambitious... |

It seemed to be a great time for Kiwi's in motor racing. There's a doco called 'Trio at the Top', which is about Mclaren, Hulme, and Amon. Inspirational! |

Nats are in at Goulburn Wakefield Park in October. Keep an eye on the club cobra Australian forum and you will see the banter start up a few months before an event. |
