Finally Did It
I have been lusting after a Cobra for over 30 years, my goal was to wait until my youngest daughter (1 of 4) graduated college. With no tuition to pay I can swing my dream car.
So I was working above Cam David Maryland and driving home near Thurmont MD. is a AC replica sitting on the side of the road, I slam on the breaks make a U'ey and check out the car. I call the guy and we negotiate a more than fair price based on my 30 years of checking cost. I tell the wife and she says buy it. IN 40 years of driving I have never owned a car and really have trouble justifying buying a car when I have a perfectly new Ford F-250. She insists and I make the move. And of course like anything we do the initial cost is nothing compared to the cost of the modifications I want to make.
