Hi, I currently live in Indiana and am a recent transplant from Canada. Upon moving here I had to sell my first Cobra (Factory Five Mark4). I am currently one week away from receiving my second FFR Roadster and will be commencing the build asap. This time around I am going with a 390 FE and a toploader transmission. The build will be along the lines of the 427 S/C but not going to get too carried away with a quest for authenticity.

Have fun. Decide on the cam before you choose a rear end ratio, so that you can keep the rpms in the proper range. With the top loader you will be running at higher rpms at highway speeds than you probably were with the earlier cobra. Keep us posted.
