Hi Steve.

I visited Crendon last summer. You picked a great car. John's workmanship is outstanding. He took me for a ride in his Big Block Demo.:3DSMILE:

Get some pictures of your kit in the gallery.

What are the specs on your engine and what trans are you going with?

Welcome Steve! I wasn't that familiar with the Crendon so I did a quick search...looks like a really nice car/frame. Do they all run a Jag rear end?

Post some pics when you get a chance.

Doug

Hi guys and a big thank you for the welcome.
Have uploade some pics; click my signature link to see them.
Crendons run the jag IRS and jag front uprights and hubs swinging on Crendons own front wishbones.
Theres a guy who posts on here called Wilf Leek, he has a Crendon too and his set me wanting one; he only lives 20 odd miles away from us. My car runs a Tremec TKO which is a really popular box over here now.
Crendon are a small outfit, but high on quality/original appearance, my car is chassis no29; I think theyre up to 46 or 47 now.

Planning to pop into finish line in Florida in the next couple weeks while Im over to buy some more bits to make it look more period, and have some more cleveland blocks to build another, hopefully friskier motor over the winter; any suggestions on that very gratefully received!! Currently thinking possibly stroker crank, eagle rods, comp cams 284H and anti pumps, ED torquer manifold, dynamic balance job, HV melling oil pump, moroso oil jet kit, and bleeder line to rear mains from oil filter housing; and maybe AFD heads if finances run to it.
Any suggestions as to where to go in FLA to drool over/look at/buy engine parts etc gratefully received!!
