289 Slabside
Every so often there is some discussion about 289 slabsides (the first Cobras, including the 260's). The recent exchanges about the Aurora for sale prompted me to post some pictures of my car. It is a JCF body and frame and I built most everything else myself. I worked particularly hard on getting the dash perfect (well, almost). I was fortunate to have access to three original cars to copy. The wires are Dayton Jag wheels, rear is Jag,trans is t10, and engine is a '66 289. The photos are in my gallery.
