most will take a little more than a little cash maybe you can find someone who has fallen on hard times and they just need the money.Good luck happy hunting... WB3

Welcome and good luck on finding what you want. Not sure what you may mean by a little cash as to some on here $150K would be a little and to ones like me $2,500 would be a little. There are a lot of unfinished ones around, but it may be hard to locate what you want. Most that are listed are complete cars. But don't give up and keep watching the For Sale adds in this and other forums, plus talk to people in your area.

What you are looking for does come up from time to time. I've seen them before but not often. Keep looking and good luck. Eventually you will find one. Welcome to the forum, good to have you on board.

Monitor craigslist.com in your city and surrounding areas. Incomplete cars will pop up regularly.

To be honest, I had purchased a un finished car, and what a pain it was to finish it, not to mention, a hell of a lot of money and time, also 15 grand wont get you squate, my project started at 23 grand, and now im into it for about 55 grand. good luck.
