gearshift adapter
i was flicking through some member galleries and found a gearshift adapter that moved the gearstick forward, but left the original stick in its place, just shorter. i need to move my stick forward also on mt T5 box. does anyone know the picture im talking about,or whether this unit is commercially available?cheers**) actually.it adds another shifter further forward if that makes more sense.

Restomod shifter
I used it on my car with a t-5, I workd very good with my road race seat it was had to shift with the shifter in the stock t-5 position. Just mount the shifter backwards and it will work get. Make sure you solidly mount the shifter to the tunnel with a backing plate. Also adjust the hyme joints so that there is you can engage 1st and 5th gear without any hangups when the car is not runnig. I will send you a picture if you PM me you address...Mac
