Dual Oil Filter Housing Leaks

I have tried a number of different oil filters on the dual housing on my 2005 Gen IV Florida Factory built Shelby Cobra. I'm trying to determine the make of mine to determine if the mfg. has had similar issues.
I'm unable to attach a photo, if you email me, I can forward a photo of the housing. My email address is sdwyeralt@gmail.com

Thanks,

Most of those dual filter brackets are cast aluminum. The sealing surface is often not quite flat. And they change shape with temperature changes.

The dual filter idea started back in the 50's or 60's, for racing. Oil filters were not that good, and some felt two would be better.

70 years later......

Like bobcowan said in the post above, if the cast housing
is suspect, the only alternative may be to replace it.

Here's a link to a billet machined unit with -12AN inlet/return.
