There's a guy in New Jersey, I believe Lance Motors is his company name, who sells kit cars on the lower end of the price scale. You can find his ads in Hemmings. Advice: If someone's selling a $30,000 car for $20,000, there's usually a $10,000 reason why.

Is it not possible that the guy really needs the $20K? It does happen, but although it's sorta a Cobra, it's also a used car.
