This is a very nice early Shell Valley replica with the classic 427SC styling. Ford racing White with Blue stripes.
It has a very streetable drive train and suspension. I am the third owner: first the builder from Hemet, CA, followed by a non-car guy who had it for 6 months, and I have had it since August 2000. While the odometer indicates 14,600 miles, the engine has only about 4000 miles and the tires about 1500.
