Well my search has come to an end.
Superformance has released a Diamond Edition, dark gray with silver stripes. I believe they plan to build only 50 of these to celebrate their 10th anniversary in the US. I was having difficulty choosing a color and when I saw this one. (I could hear it calling to me… Scary!) Power plant will be the stroked Roush 427R with the TKO. I am so relieved to have all these gut wrenching decisions behind me, so let the fun begin!!! Hope to see her complete by mid July.
Speaking of fun, I live in Granbury, TX (SW of Ft. Worth about 25 miles) is the closest club in Dallas? How do I get involved? What events are coming up? (I am sorry I couldn’t make Tulsa…heard it’s a good time.) Jim Woodard here in Ft. Worth and Doug Reed with Reed Performance in New Orleans have been very patient putting up with all my questions as I flip flopped my way thru all of this. Thanks guys! Doug |

Doug! Good choice on the 10th Anniversary Edition car. The DFW/Ft. Worth gang get together on the first Saturday of each month. Just watch this site for a post from one of the members. We take turns sponsoring the meeting which usually involves choosing a location, coordination with the management of the restaurant so they know there will be 25 - 40 attendees, and then posting the information here on Club Cobra. We usually meet in the mornings during the hot months and noonish in the cooler months, rain or shine.

Doug, congratulations on your choice and welcome to the Superformance family. Guys like Reed, Woodward and all of the other owners are great guys. I'm glad you got the paperwork issues out of the way and pulled the trigger. Only thing you have to do now is wait! This is the hardest part.
