It could be a good value, but it's impossible to answer your question without viewing the car. Regardless of make, it depends upon how it was built, quality of components, etc. If you're not capable of making those judgements yourself, have a very car knowledgeable person (preferably about Cobras) look at the car for you. As Clay said, very tough to answer. Who built it? New parts? Suspension set up? Paint quality? Other things on it? Very roughly, that sounds somewhat decent, but you'd need a lot more info.
