I have a 1965 Mustang vintage race car that I'd like to trade for a Cobra:
The '65:
It has been raced in SVRA and HSR for several years (logbooks included)

The Mustang:
was originally a C-code

It has been raced in HSR and SVRA for several years (logbooks included) 20 or so podium finishes
Full cage built by Robinson Racing. It has big sub-frames weled into the floor pans. Racing seat bolted to cage.
302 Mexican block (.60 over), Roush crank, good rods, 351 iron heads, Holley
toploader
8" rear diff with locker and 3:89's
10 (ten) Torque-Trust D wheels (6 race tires, 4 w/ rain/street tires)
Titles and tag in GA
New bladder in 16 gal fuel cell
Kelsey-Hayes front disks
New suspension (front and rear), Koni's
Fully sorted, over $40K in receipts, can pay cash boot

I am looking for a track and street legal SB Cobra.

They go for $25K to $32K (and up depending on rarity and historical significance). This one was not raced in the 60's but is a replica of the 1965/6 Mustangs than won the first year of Trans-Am in 1966.

Also on the car:
Panhard bar
driveshaft loop
Lexan front window (not installed yet)
Canton 7 qt. pan
roller rockers (but not lifters)
Steel bellhousing
Full race guage package (memory tach with chips for shift light and hi-rev shut-off, oil pressure and temp, water temp, idiot lights (oil).
no dash (custom race panels)

The engine would cost $12K to replace. No rust on car.
