Titile

I have just bought my first Cobra from this site. I have an open bill of sales but car has never been titiled as it was not required in state bought from. I live in MA and would like to title as a 1966. Any help on how to do that in this state?.

Sorry, there is no legal way for you to title your car as a 1966 in the state of Mass:

The best I have heard is "1966 Replica" and that was in another state.

You may want to do a search for 'tags' or 'title' and see what others went through.

Each state is different. I think Bill is right, I think it will end up being a 2004.

For more info. you might want to check out the FAQ section of the ERA website at: http://www.erareplicas.com/inspect.htm

Follow the links to some of the title companies listed.

However, as mrmustang pointed out previously (and you will see this again at the above website), CA & MA are tougher than most states.

I recomend researching this thouroghly before wasting your time and money with an out of state title company.

Good luck,
Jeff
