1967 Mustang convertible "A" Code

1967 Mustang "A" Code Convertible

7R03A151755

1 of only 362 with the "A" Code engine and C4 transmission

Body: 76A Convertible

Color: M Wimbledon White exterior

Trim: 2D Red Interior

Date:13M December 13th, 1966 scheduled build date

DSO: 71 Los Angeles Sales District

Axle: 1 3:00 rear gear set

Trans: W C4 Automatic Transmission

This particular car is loaded with options, the first being the very desirable and original "A" Code 289 4V engine followed by a matching C4 "Cruise-O-Matic" automatic transmission out to the original 3:00:1 rear end. The car also features factory power steering, factory power disk brakes, factory power top, center console with rolltop style center storage unit, bucket seats, factory tinted windshield and side glass, remote control outside mirror, Deluxe steering wheel, day/night rearview mirror, original AM radio, and factory back up lights. I have been told that this particular car has had three previous owners, one of which had the car repainted back in the early 80's. The paint has held up, but there are a few spots that are showing it's age. The previous owner also stated the front floors were replaced before he got it, and there was also some very minor work along a small area in the lower quarter panel (see pictures), I rate the paint at a 6.9 on a 1-10 scale. Top is in excellent condition with no rips or tears, looks to be less than 3-4 years old and comes with it's own boot cover for when the top is down. The car also has had new tires, shocks, brakes, seat covers, new front windshield weather-stripping, shifter assembly rebuilt, and a new carpet set. All have less than 4,000 miles on them. I'm sure I have missed something, as the car was well cared for and it shows. Car runs great and I would not hesitate to drive it cross country if so inclined. Out of the 472,207 Mustangs built for the 1967 model year, this is 1 of 362 that came with this engine and transmission package. Even rarer still because it is not a factory GT, yet still has the "A" Code 4V engine package.

Realistically price is $17,500, pictures coming within the next few days. Priced below NADA

Sorry, no trades.
Serious inquiries only.
