New Superformace for sale

I have for sale the new Superformance Cobra we built and took to the London, Ohio Cobra meet. This is a black with titanium stripe car that draws a lot of attention. I built a SBF 427 with a Dart cast iron Sportsman block with 4.125 bore and a Eagle 4.000 stroke steel crankshaft. Zero balanced with a aluminum Ram flywheel, clutch and pressure plate to hold up to the 635HP and 600 ft/lbs torque. The engine is 10.5 to 1 with a custom hydraulic roller camshaft and Crane lifters that let the engine turn 7000 rpms. Brodix KCR 225 CNC ported heads with Victor JR intake and ProSystem carburetor. Coated headers and side pipes, chrome lift jacks, polished over flow tank, leather steering wheel , glove box with soft top. Detailing on the car is very nice under the hood with March polished pulleys and brackets with Power Master chrome alternator.
This car will run down the interstate at 2000 rpms great or will turn 6800 rpms and out run most stuff out there. This car ran the fastest mph at the London meet. I will say that running your car full blast down one of the main streets of town is different. I would say that it was a little more than 1/8 mile and we made it to 108 mphs with a rider.
So if you do not want to wait for sevral weeks to have a car for the rest of the summer this is the car for you. Complete ready to go for 66,750.00 with no regrets. I can be reached at 870-246-7460. Car has less than 75 miles on it right now. Thanks, Keith Craft

Keith

Was this 108mph in London on Saturday recorded by the London PD radar?

I was there all day watching with much interest as I had made several runs at 107mph and was told by the London PD that I had the record. I heard the same by several on-lookers, so I went away thinking 107 was in fact the fastest run.

Just curious as I heard no mention of a 108 or even another 107 and I was there until the racing was shut down

Any pictures you could post ?

I did not take any pictures since I was driving the car. I had gone 105 and 106 earlier in the day and then someone came and told me someone went 107 so I went back up to try again. Made a pass we a youg man about 25 that lucky only weighed about 160 pounds. Made the pass and had people watching the radar gun for me to make sure and the sign showed 8 and Richard Price was right there to check out the 108 on the gun. This was about 15 passes before they shut things down. Car worked much better than I thought as we had just put it together and it had the tires that came from Superformance on it. Thanks, Keith

It is confusing Keith

I was there till the end, in fact they shut down the event while I was waiting in line with a rider. When I finally left I got a thumbs-up and a congratulations by one of the London PD who said I had the record. He must have missed your run too....

Regardless of the speeds, there is nothing like London... GREAT event!!!

Hmmm...then would it be safe to say that the SPF's were the fastest on Main street? :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE:

In fairness, I think it would also be safe to say that the FF5 spec cars were the fastest on the autocross.

How's that for beating on a hornet's nest  :3DSMILE:

BTW...It's a beautiful car Keith!

Congratulations Keith on being top dog at London - even if only by 1 digit. :3DSMILE:
