Looks to be in line with what I have seen. Search Craigslist in Orlando for a nice midstates in the same color for less money. No affiliation, blah, blah.

CMC is a company that people resist. Mostly because of the way they conducted business.

Their kit quality was not the best either but it really depends on the builder. It should at the least be worth checking out.

The price is not too bad. Know though that if you buy it then later decide to sell, it will/might not sell for as much as others.

I did not read it complete. You need to find out how it is registered. If it is registered as a 1965, then there will/might be issues. It also does not say if it has an SB100 on it.

As you are from California, that could be an issue.

I built a streetbeast. I would say that this car is fairly priced. I killed myself and my car is awesome, I would price it at 45-55K if selling, however I put a ton into it. This kit looks average, and it's probably fairly priced 20-25K, depending on mechanics. The higher number of miles is a good thing, proves it's reasonably reliable. I would bit it at 21K if I were in the market. I also think there are a lot of much better options out there at 28-30K, and that's not because of the build kit type, but just craftsmanship from what i can tell from the photos.

I would not buy it. No bumpers, no rollbar, 4 lug wheels, drum brakes in the rear and it probably has a 7.5" rear axle out of a Mustang 2.

Spend a few extra bucks and buy something a little better. This is about a $15-$17k car.

I don't want to pick the car apart, but is the body lower on the driver's side than the passenger? Look at the rear shot.

If the body was like my old one, that would be the screwed up fiberglass job. I had to cut the whole trunk floor to fix it. Guess they never bothered.
