Do not use Intratrim for your seats!

Do not use this company they do not stand by their word! I bought seats from them and when the headrests posts were coming out, see pic, I had to pay shipping to send them back to the UK. The shipping was so expensive that I asked then to include installing heated seats and they agreed. But they sent the seats back to me without the heated seats installed they said they never agreed to install the free but see attached email.
Save yourself money and hassle and just find a shop in the US instead of dealing with this company that does not dtand by their product or their word! |
I had nothing but great service and very timely. the adjustable headrest issue sucks. Hope they continue to get you sorted out

Nothing can be done now, I paid over $600, this was above the original purchase price, to have the seats shipped back to the UK to fix the headrest. I only accepted this because the seats looked like crap because of the cheap headrest and because they said they would install the heated seats FOC (free of charge), per the email. Otherwise it made no sense for me to pay that much for shipping.
Glad you didn't have any issues but if someone does have an issue then you are almost paying half the original purchase price to return ship the seats. Better to use a company in the US so shipping will not be so expensive. Intratrim has basically told me I am SOL. |
