Jet Hot *** Beware of this Company***
Superformance south used jet hot coatings for my black side pipes. They turned a milky white color after about one year, so I called jet hot about the warranty. They told me that they are covered and just send them to the Mississippi plant and they will recoat them at no charge and ship them back to me within 4 days. After 3 ½ weeks and being treated like ****, they finally shipped the pipes and charge my credit card which they got from a previous order for 249.00. This was a hard lessen learned.

You can go to your bank and dispute the charge. Get your money back. I wouldn't take it in the backside over this.

did you talk to the same person AFTER you got them back and were charged that you talked to who told you the timing and no cost ? I assume you did , but if not , see what they say.your note does not really indicate a follow up contact vs your frustration. this should be a disputable situation. good luck. bill.

I already called visa and will dispute the charge. I also talked with Doug at superformance south, he told me that they no longer do buisness with jet hot. He told me story after story about the company.

jet not so hott
I had a very bad time with them I called asked what preferd shipper they said ups I insured and shipped when they came back they came fed ex box was nice opened it up my side pipes the tips where all bent up you could tell they droped them when they were hanging they beat them out with a hammer coated them yes they coated them after they damaged them boxed them up and sent them to me. I called them right a way they said they couldnt understand how that could of happend. wouldnt refund any money totaly screwed me. I had the same problem with dents... took a few months to fix ..a couple of trips..shipping!!!! a sh!t load of phone calls....got my side pipe back they even next day shipping to me ...what a hassle
but they did take care of the problem so Im happy..LOOK Im in a small service buisness..have a lot of problems too!..All I can do is make them right ..AND I DOOOO or I would be out of work!!! jinxs |
