I've had pretty good luck with getting a refund for unacceptable goods. Some folks just take longer than others to learn how to be upstanding. |

Tom Wells has in my experience been a stand up guy and very helpful to me with my technical issues. He's been very restrained and stuck merely to the facts on this thread, too
