The pitty of this is that if there is someone we need to be warned of - the continued truculence by slow 427 serves only to reduce his (or her) credibility, to the advantage of the alleged fiend, while depriving us of perhaps some potentially valuable advice.

I know the person making the claim, and I know of the person on whom the claim is being made. I know the basis of the story (granted from one party only), but have no reason to question this persons honesty.

I think there are genuine concerns on this suppliers integrity based on this story, other "issues". :p

When his ban is up, Ill suggest to slow 427 that he run an emotionless and factual post past the moderators so that we all can benefit from his experience.

Cheers.

Sound advice.

Here are a few pointers...

This is the correct place (Consumer Watch Forum) to post Consumer issues.

The poster should carefully read John/Brent's guidelines, which are contained in the first post of this linked thread.

Reporting what may be a really bad experience is a slippery slope; the poster should try and be objective, stating the facts and what attempts at resolution were made. I realize that it's tough to be unemotional when you feel you've been screwed... but the poster has to consider all the ramifications of a post in this forum.

thanks
