Sorry to see him sell, know he loved the car! Car was a true driver and the add was correct not a show car. Did have some nice features though. For the price a bargain no doubt. Paint touch up, maybe 390 and TLC this could be a show car.
Hope the new owner does what the last did, DRIVE IT LIKE HE STOLE IT

Someone got a real deal for sure. He omitted some major features from the ad. This car has Wilwood front brakes, 6 pins, custom torsion bar suspension and a watts linkage just off the top of my head. Very little work needed to make it a real nice car. One of the best riding CCX's I've driven.

Hate I missed that, it would have been in my garage getting a paint job and a 427 transplant.

I'm not sure what happened, but he is a great guy. Someone said he fell in love and wanted to get married. Sorry he had to sell the Cobra. He did look funny driving the Cobra in a kilt, though.... ha Ha Ha Ha!

He is a great guy and he really loved that car. It's a real shame to see him sell it. We all know they're toys and toys are the first things to go when we need cash.

I was going to bid it up to 21K but fell asleep about 20 minutes before (damn flu bug). Oh well, someone got a great deal.

The car also had the Cobraracing billet lower control arms and looks like one of Nick nice gas tanks. Unbelievable deal! The parts cost more than that.

The guy that owned the car was a very nice guy trying to help his family. The car is now on it's way to Atlanta.
