Under the hood: professionally rebuilt 427 FE center oiler power plant with the best of everything, includingCrower cam, Edelbrock Performer manifold, 750 cfm Holley, Chrome headers & side pipes, remote oil cooler, heavy duty aluminum radiator, Aeroquip stainless-steel hoses & fittings throughout, MSD billet distributor, 6AL ignition box. Ford toploader 4-speed gearbox with big input shaft and close-ratio gears and Lakewood bellhousing. Suspension: totally-rebuilt Jag XKE front suspension with torsion bar, Delrin bushings, Wilwood Superlite II 4-piston calipers, heavy duty swaybar and Carrera shocks; rear end: rebuilt 3.31:1 ratio XJ6 IRS positraction with all parts narrowed by CWI, Bulletproof halfshafts, Delrin bushings. All suspension parts are powder coated or polished. Cockpit: original-style Smiths gauges with American 180 mph speedometer and dash layout, original-style Lucas switches, original-style shifter and knob, hardwood-rimmed Moto–Lita steering wheel with original AC center crest, Simpson 5 pt racing harnesses, AC brake and clutch pedals. |
