Rack opinion assembly
Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has instructions to how the rack opinion attach to frame.
I was just wondering if all proper mounting is there due to both rubber mount are moving. There are bolts that retain but seem it may need additional rubber gussets on them. Rack moves about 1 inch both ways when you turn steering wheel while car is on the ground.
Thanks

Mine did that until I tightened the mount. Steering tightens at the same time.

If the steering rack mounting bolts are properly tightened and the rack moves with steering there's a problem with the bushings.
