MA Inspections: Help a fellow Comrad!

I continue to get stonewalled on vehicle inspection. Can you enlighten me about when Contemporary went out of business? my title, inherited from pennsylvania, claims my car as a 1997, but most CCXs are listed way before that date. i am told i need to get a waiver from DEP, or some damn thing, but no one seems to have an answer, except to move to NH. If I can get my knee fixed for skiing again, i might give it some serious thought! I am sure this can be solved with all our help? Thanks Guys, Jeff |
