Gas guage
My contemporary gas gauge has decided to stopped working. The car has a fuel cell from Triangle engineering in Florida. Any ideas where I should begin?

Check your wiring first.........
If that checks OK: Typically they are 0-90 ohm range gauges. Fuel-Safe/Autometer 2 1/16th " cut-out. $70 at www.PegasusAutoRacing.com . PN# 2524-gauge. If it is the sender, PN# 2524-12inch 2524-24inch. $160 - $185. |
Go directly to the source...
Centroid Products But first I would make sure that your gage requires 90-0 range rather than 33-270 ohms by grounding out the signal wire from your gage. If it pins the gage at empty, it's the first range. |
Had a Centroid in my CCX, never could get the thing to read right, installed a FS......much better IMHO.
