Fuel pressure issue
Noticed that my fuel pressure keeps jumping to the 10 lb mark after driving for a while. Generally runs about 5-7 lbs. When the pressure inches up the car seem a bit sluggish on take off. Could the regulator be on its way out. I'm running a 427 FE s/o with a LeMans carb. No electric fuel pump, standard ford mechanical pump.

Is your gauge a liquid filled one? If so, the heat will give a false pressure reading when it gets hot.

Fuel pressue issue
No, it is not a liquid filled gauge. It is also inside the cabin. It was antifreeze coming in after the regulator, but it picks up fuel from the incoming fuel line to the carb.
