Need part no steering gear Superformance/ Shelby Coupé
Hi, my steering gear is Brocken and i Need to replace it.
Does anyone the Ford Part no. My is from 1982. but no more no. On it. Thx Axel from Germany I have the Shelby Coupé 9131 |
So you have CSX9131?
It might be a Ford part, but it's not a Ford... You need to contact Shelby but most likely have better success in contacting Hillbank. |
I don’t believe Superformance was making Coupe’s in 1982.

If it's a CSX9xxx car it's pretty modern build. I seem to recall that SPF switched the coupe business over to Shelby in something like 2011 or 2012 or thereabouts.
I don't know how you could put Coupe together with anything and come up with 1982... Hopefully the OP will come back with confirmation that it is CSX9000 or pictures or both... |
Axel Nuesing owns CSX9131, a/k/a Superformance Coupe #184 from 2013. Racks are available from most any Superformance Dealer.

My Coupe was Build in 2013, i habe bought it from a Germany SPF Dealer.
On the steering gear is a note that it is remanufactured. It is from Ford and Buer in 1982. i found a campany that rebuit the gear. They Said that is Not from a Car sold in Germany. It is from US. I have ask Hilbank for a price. Still waiting. My question is who knows what Type of gearbox is in my Coupe? |
