Did anybody see the Shell Valley Coupe?

I was told one was at Knotts, has anyone seen one up close or currently building one?

I am getting close to a purchase and would love to hear opinions.

Scott,
I saw the SVC coupe just after they introduced it at the 2003 Run and Gun. I visited their factory in NE and saw it in person.

If you'd like to see some photos of it, see my Cobra build on http://www.welovecritters.com/Cobra.htm. Scroll down the left side frame, to the "11_9_03 Field Trip" button. There, you'll find photos of the field trip to SVC.

I'll admit, I wasn't looking at it with buyer's eyes - I was focused on the roadster kit. However, if the quality of the roadster kit and the support and service that I've received is any indicator, the coupe should be a good value.

Call and talk with Dana or Bruce.

Regards,
Tim

Hey, could you send me the photos of the coupe at Knotts Berry Farm? Shell Valley took the car for me because I couldn't attend the show in person. This car is the prototype for Shell Valley's current coupe line.

I would love to see some photos of your engine bay and front suspension.

What size wheels and tires are those?

Beautiful car! Nice wheel choice and the sliding windows are all business. Or as they say in the UK "the business".

Thank you gents.

The rims are American Racing Salt Flats and are 17 ". Now Mr Rich Anderson from Shell Valley came over this month to see the car and advised us that you can go for at least an 8" wide tyre at the rear, if you want to go traditional then 8 X 15 is the way to go. As the front we are runnin 6 X17 so that it doesnt stick out. But again Shell Valley could make other suggestions.

Our tyres are : Front 225-45-R17 and rear 255-45-R17
