Sunday, Aug 26, there will be an ALL FORD event at Farmington Drag Strip. Farmington, NC.
We need to have 30-50 cars there. There must be 50 within 50 miles. FFRs, SPFs, EvMs just to name a few.

If we know ahead how many are coming, we can rope off an area to park together. A good chance here to get to know folks with different brands. Maybe even an original.

There will be judging and dragging.

Cost to attend: $12.00 per person. That covers the cost of entering the judging. Also covers the cost of Dragging. You are welcome to do some time trials, or you can compete.

You will need a helmet and full harness to race. When I raced, I had the 4-point harness which was good enough.

Gates open at 8:00
Registration begins at 9:30.
Judging begins at 12:30.
Awards will be handed out no later than 4:00.

Farmington is about 15 miles west of Winston/Salem NC off I-40.

Directions from I-40: Exit at exit # 174. Go north on Farmington road about 5 miles. Turn left at the flashing light (hwy 801). Go about 2 miles to the drag strip.

Directions from the northwest. I-77> hwy421s> 601s> 801south. Go 3 miles. Drag strip on left. Can't miss it.

This is a very nice 1/8-mile drag strip with good facilities.

Im expecting a flyer in the mail soon. I should be able to post that flyer on the net.
