I recently purchased a 1992 replica. It came with the original window sticker which showed it was built by G Cobra Cars, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin. I have not been able to find any information on this company through google or any other search site. Does anyone have any information about them you could share. It would be much appreciated.

Never heard of them. I'm 2 hours away from Madison. The only kit car place was one that built thunderbird replicas in Madison. Jim

Been doing a bit of Googling. Apparently, Don Goben partnered up with Art Zimmer in 2003 to produce something called the "American AC Mustang" which basically grafted a Cobra-like snout onto a 1999 or later Fox-platform Mustang.

It would appear ,from the pic that Dan posted, they are re-bodied 'vettes. Is it possible that Cobray ( I think that's the name of the company that currently is doing that) as well as another company, Tomahawk Cars, may have some background or other info about them??
