Sad Day in Sarasota, Fl.

Jerry Ogilive, owner of Suncoast Cobra ( now Suncoast Carcrafters) died unexpectedly this past monday, Mar 7th. He was a BDR dealer & high end sports and import broker, and Cobra afficianado. He sold many of the BDR's in the DSCC, and participated in many of the activities and track events. His son Jeff will take the helm of the business . Services are this Sat, Mar 12th, at 11 am, Pine Shores Church, 6135 Beechwood, Sarasota, Fl.

I bought my car from Jerry. He was a man of his word. I really enjoyed my experiences with him. He will be missed. My prayers for Jerry and his family. :(

Dan and Joe:
Suncoast Cobra closed over two years ago, when the owner, Jerry Ogilvie died unexpectedly. This thread was started back then. I was the mechanic there for about 3.5 years untill Jerry's passing.

I knew Jerry had pasted, and when you run a search you still find his business listed. I did not know that his son did not carry on.

Dan; Jerrys son did try, but this was when the economy was heading down and he couldn't find investors or customers. Too bad. it was the most fun i'd had while actually working !
