See...What????

Ed..
"Webshots" (where these pics are hosted) do not allow what's known as "leeching". i.e., linking to pictures from other websites.

You can upload the three pics into your Gallery here and then post the links to them.

That's funny, I can view them fine.
Must be something to do with my computers cache or something.

I'll try it again.

Bingo, Ed. When you have viewed them directly from Webshots site, the images are stored in your browser cache, so you would have seen the pics OK. Whenever you clear your browser's temp files ("delete offline content"), they would then go away and not be visible in the first post of yours.

See the thread "Gainesville again report".
The Black car belongs to Dino Booth.
He and I had been in a heated trash talking match weeks leading up to the event at Gainesville.

Once again, just like the last event in February, Dino spun a belt, caused the radiatior to overflow and spew water on the track stopping the racing.
The EXACT same thing that happened last time.

When Dino finally got his car ready to run again and fix his poorly mounted alternator, we closed the track due to rain.
He never got a chance to run against me, nor did his co-driver who was a ringer.....

The bottom picture is me taking a corner too fast and eating up my tires.

Ed,
The second picture of Dinos car looks like the right hand side pipe is hanging off the car. Every time I took my car out of the garage I had a problem for the first few times. It is finally running half way desent now. I hope so, I don't want to be let down in Ohio next week. I guess Dino will have to buy a trailer.

Dan, please note....

Dan, the third photo (of Ed's car) should give you a good idea of how
"driver friendly" the Gainesville Test track is. Smooth surface, no walls,
and smooth, grass, overruns. Trust me, would I lie to you?

CobraDan 06-10-2002 05:05 PM

Joe,
If you take away the cones it looks like parts of Cape Coral where all the roads are in but nothing else. I could run the streets of the Cape and not have to travel so far.
Dan
