Dyno for Cobra Bash II, Who's interrested?.

I am looking into reserving a mobile Dyno dyno for Cobra Bash II.
Dyno is located in Tallahassee and the owner needs minimum of $1000.00 to show up at our bash.

Operator will provide 2 pulls per car for $50.00 and a wideband O2 sensor for an additional $10.00

Again, minimum of $1000.00 for his time to travel to Tampa area and operate the dyno for us.
I figure it will give us something to do while at the car show.
Cars could sign up for the dyno and when thier time comes, move their Cobra from the show area to the dyno stage area.

This means we need a minimum of 20 cars to sign up for the Dyno.
Counting me, that means 19 more are needed.

The car show and Dyno are scheduled for Saturday, November 16th at Beef O' Brady's in Lutz, FL.
Beef O' Brady's is located just East of the corner of Hwy 41 and Hwy 54.
This is 5 miles West of I-75.
I am looking into a hotel near-by with a pool for festivities later that evening.

Sunday, November 17th, we are convoying to Gainesville to participate in the SCCA Solo II auto-X, put on by the CFR SCCA.
Cost for the auto X is $20.00 for SCCA members and $25.00 for non-members.
Tech inspection is similar to the one conducted by the DSCC.
You must pass the tech inspection to race.

I looked into a few dynos, and the majority of them wanted $2500.00 per day so this is a deal.

Please let me know who is interrested so I can reserve the dyno for that weekend.

Count me in. If we need more vehicles for the test I wouldn't mind putting the Lightning on the dyno.
Thanks Chester

Ed,
Does Beef O' Bradys have a car show all the time or is this something you worked out for Cobra BashII? If they have a regular show, maybe you should contact others at the show about the dyno. I don't think Dyno Man would care who is footing the bill for the dyno.
Dan
