Club Web Site Is Down
I want to announce that the DSCC official web site is currently down. I am seperating jerryrowley.com from any relationship to cobras, replica or otherwise. A new site called the same as the title on the old one; "JerrysCobras.Net" will be up next week. The DSCC club site will "piggy back" this new domain name site. It will be www.jerryscobras.net/dscc once it is up. I am moving the host computer also to a new host company I have been dealing with lately. It's ready to go as soon as the name servers are transfered, hopefully, by next Monday.

Jerry you are not seperating yourself from any relationship with Cobras are you? I know you have had a lot of problems with the Diesel powered Cobra throwing rods and such but that is no reason to leave.

No, I'm not sepearating myself from the cars, just the potential liability form Ford & SAI. The new site is strictly a HOBBY site and thus is a net, not a .com business. My revamped business site is strictly involved in designing web sites, nothing else.
My engine is being rebuilt as we speak. But, it will not be ready to take to Pigeon Forge in a week, so the red car goes there for sale. I will not run the blue car again competitively until I have over 1000 miles on the new engine and have changed over to the synthetic oil, Mobil One. Thus, I will not be going to the next Gainesville run unless it is with my Vette. I still need racing rubber for it. I bought the race wheels, but, yet, no tires! maybe by Jan! |
I said we needed a generic name for C_ B_ A as you know Ed chose Reptile for his roundup. I also could have gone with Reptile Bash, maybe next time.
