Hello Cobra Enthusiasts

Hello All,
My name is Scott Campbell from Alpharetta GA and I have a shell vally Cobra arriving tomorrow. I just wanted to circulate my name and let everyone know I just joined. I look forward to speaking/hearing from you in the future.

Welcome!

Congrats, Scott.
I'm in Alpharetta too and awaiting my Unique FIA. Send me an e-mail or PM and let me know where you are. I'd love to see the Shell Valley car and offer a hand while I wait...impatiently...for my car.:JEKYLHYDE

Yo Scott, Welcome. Looks like north Atlanta is getting some serious membership. We'll have to pick a local spot and do regular get togethers. Where are you getting your engine?

CobraDan 11-14-2002 04:11 AM

Scott,
Welcome to Club Cobra and also to the Deep South Cobra Club. I added your on line handle to your membership profile. Thanks again.
Dan

Welcome Scott. The Cobra population in metro Atlanta seems to be growing exponentially. Maybe our Cobras are mating when we are not looking during all these luncheons we have ;)

Welcome to Club Cobra, Scott...

I am Steven, my clan is MacGregor...in Scotland the MacGregors and Campbells feuded, but here we are Cobra kin ! :3DSMILE:

There are so many really helpful discussions and links in the archives...be sure to read till you drop...you will not regret it...and along the way you'll get lots of giggles at the rest of us wierdos. Be sure to watch out for Jamo and Turk...let's just say you would not want to be their cell mate

I do not know how long you have been watching or using this web site, but everyone is helpful and friendly. Use the search function and read what has been said before on almost any topic. If you do not see what you are trying to find, ask for help by creating a new thread. Depending on the topic, you may get one response or you may get a hundred. Glad to have you.

Welcome aboard, Scott!

You will be very glad you found this forum - I wish it had existed when I was building my car. There are a lot of resident experts here (a few clowns, and a few comedians, too), and most of them are willing to share their expertise. There is lots to learn.

Good luck with your new car, and keep us posted on your progress!

Regards,

Jeff Burgy

Hey Scott!

I'm the guy who called you last night. Look for the topic with "Spydee" and "excelguru" in the title. That's the discussion about this month's gathering at the Five Seasons. Welcome aboard!

Keith :)

Wow, what a great response I have received. Thanks for the welcome and I look forward to sharing trials and tribulations of my Cobra experience as well as picking up some advise from the Cobra veterens. This is a terrific site.

Alpha;
I picked you up some info from Southern. I'll call Saturday and try to get it over to you.

Hey Scott

You live about a four iron from my house. Send me an email and I'll give you the address and phone #. I want to come over and see your car. I would also like to practice drilling holes in your car so I'll have it down pat when my car arrives. :JEKYLHYDE

Sounds like a good idea...practice makes perfect. I have one of those hand-crank twist drills **) and some rusty bits, can I come along? :D
