Uh let's see... does nothing count?

I'm a laid-off mechanical engineer (it's actually a Mechanical Engineering Technologist degree). I've worked extensively with designing, constructing, and starting-up industrial steam, power, and material handling systems.

My wife is a Textile Engineer (Ph.D.) and does R&D for DuPont's flooring division.

Two engineers in the same house... as you can imagine, we're real party animals. ;)

Keith :)

I'm a Captain on the 747-400. Fly mostly Asian routes from the US . The picture is of an older 747. The 400 has a "Glass" cockpit, ie all CRT's no "instruments" and its a little bigger.

It doesn't accelerate as well as my Cobra but its got a lot more "top end".... Oh and its 870,000 lbs heavier...

I'm one those rocket scientists out here at the rocket ranch.
Actually I work on the telemetry and processing of the rockets
information on what they are doing on everthing from the tiny
Pegasus' to the mighty Titan, and Shuttle. After doing this for over 15 years it is still great watching something that has a wee bit more kick than my Cobra.

Mike

When I graduated from college the third time, I developed the Maxwell House Filter Packs for General Foods. I moved on to design the eqiuipment which manufactures the toddler training pants, Pull Ups. I finally have arrived at my current position as the guy who designs the rotary label tooling for printing and cutting just about everything from Victoria Secret perfume labels to the Smirnoff Ice beverage. The Smirnoff and Bacardi labels are the ones I wish I could get samples of! You guys should see what goes into making these tools. You'd be amazed. Computing power and tolerances to five decimal places, heat treating, you name it. Lots of fun. Good money, too!
