What do you DSCC guys do for a living?
 
I know this thread has been on the regular forum for years, but how about a DSCC members only "what do you do for a living thread"? I'll start, and you guys jump on in.
I'm a partner in a homebuilding company and a real estate development company. Prior to that I was an Atlanta Firefighter('89-00) and a bartender(CheetahIII, Ladies Galore). Those are the highlights.

I sell satellite communications systems to foreign operators, governments etc., primarily in the developing third world. I run the Sales Department in a local (Atlanta) company, but spend a fair amount of time overseas.

WHAT DO I DO?
 
I'M A CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN. 28 YEARS IN THE TRADE. WHICH COMES IN HANDY WHEN YOU BUILD A CAR FROM THE FRAME UP. WELDING, METAL WORKING, ELECTRICAL, FIBERGLASS, ECT. I HAD TO FABICATE A LOT OF PARTS.

I retired from my first career as a pilot in the USAF in 1992. Since then, I've worked as the executive director for a non-profit organization recruiting industrial businesses to Walton County, Florida. Walton County is home to such places as Seaside, Sandestin, Watercolors, Rosemary Beach and DeFuniak Springs.

I work for a tier 1 OEM automotive parts suppliers as an Automation Engineer in the Maintenance Dept.Been their 12 years and hope for many more.

Been retired for over 5 years now and living in the Deep South. I was an Elevator Mechanic for 31 years in Cleveland Ohio. I like this retirment bit a lot better than those actual working years.
