Area event coordinators needed.

OK, I'm looking for Area Coordinators/Event Coordinators to provide activities for our DSCC members.
I'm looking for reps in each state and major populous area.

Responsibilities will include promoting at least one "Major" event per year (per state) that encompassses a weekends activities.
Quarterly (at a minimum) activities like meeting members at car shows, auto-x's, having dinner with members, etc.
I ask that the "major" event be planned by all the area coordinators from that state. Please work together and have a "mini" annual meeting for the members that cannot travel to the DSCC annual meeting.

I ask that you contact each member in your geographic area and see where they stand with their DSCC membership.

Notify them of your contact info, update their contact info and notify Ruble of changes.
You are responsible for providing "your" members with updates to events via phone conversations, e-mail or standard mail if necesary. (Please ask for donations to the DSCC to cover postage if needed).

I would like feedback from my Area Coordinators as to how, what and where would be the best location for our 4th Annual DSCC meeting. I'd like to plan an event that can include a majority of our members.

If you would like to become an Area Coordinator, please contact me via e-mail.
I will then call you and provide you with my contact info and member list.
I will be contacting my Coordinators every two months to check on progress, suggestions, and assist if necessary.
You are encouraged to contact me at any time if you have any questions or comments. (Open door policy....)

Thank you,
I look forward to working with you. :D
