How about a Reptile Roundup website?

If you are looking for information about the Reptile Roundup, where do you go on the internet?
How do you tell your friends about it?
Um, you first go to Club Cobra, then click on local clubs, then go to DSCC..... blah blah blah... Gets confusing.

Shamrock Cobra (one of our vendors who will be present) recommended having a web site dedicated to the Reptile Roundup. I am web illiterate so I'm recruiting help. Anyone? Please let me know about cost, etc...

Since we dont have dues, I want to be able to use the RR as a means of making money for the DSCC. The more people we get to attend, the better chance we can get donations. That should easily cover the cost of the website and provide money for future events, newsletters, etc.
I also want to meet more of you guys in the DSCC.

If we want our own "DVSF" in Florida for the southern Cobra owners that cannot travel to Ohio, we need a means of spreading the word. A web site will definetly help.
We can post info, schedules, pictures from last years event, maps, links to vendors web pages, etc...

I really need your help.
If you know someone who can help make up a basic web page, please contact me. Something simple at first just so we have a page to visit. We can eloborate after that for future events.

I'm going to give Marino your e-mail address, he's the creator of my web site. www.lopezchiropractic.com Check it out, see if you like his work. While your there go into ChiroTip's, he's done a heck of job with that. He's not expensive and might be willing to help out the club. Just talk to him, what do we have to loose but a litttle time, at worst. He's a great guy and likes our Cobras.

I almost forgot, who does the DSCC website? Is it Keith? Maybe he can help too. While on it, I noticed that the Reptile Roundup II is not listed as the next major event for the DSCC. We need to post that.

I just checked Yahoo domain registration, and "www.reptileroundup.com" is still available.
Grab it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $35.00, I think DSCC can afford it, if not we can take up a collection at every event
I'm sure we can get some help on bulding the website.
