Keys Poker Run Update
 
Here is the latest update as of Sept. 16, 2003

DATES: October 11(Sat.), 12(Sun.), & 13(Mon.)
There will also be a get together in the Lantana area on Friday night for those that are trailering down and wish to leave their trailers etc. outside of the Miami area. As earlier posted, I have arranged for parking of the trailers, and have plans for dinner and dancing at the Grumpy Grouper. This group will meet up with the Miami group Sat. morning.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN IN THE FUN.
I spoke with the "Holiday Inn Beachside" this morning, and have cleared things up somewhat. I will fax down a list of names for them to assign all reservations to our group, at the reduced rate. If you reserved a room thru the national reservation system, we will get it corrected once they have the list of names at the Hotel itself.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING AND HAVE NOT RESERVED A ROOM, I WILL NEED YOUR INFO FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS BY SEPT. 30TH AT THE LATEST.

Call direct to the hotel (305) 294-2571 for your reservation!!!!!!!!!!

Tell them it's for the DSCC confirmation #66678523. Then ask to take one of the rooms assigned to Terry (Terrence) Lee. They then should ask for a credit card # to secure under your name.
WE WILL RELEASE ANY EXTRA ROOMS AFTER 9/30/03, and the price goes back up to the normal rates.

Doc and I are planning on getting together tonite if possible to finalize most of the plans; and I will post results here. There are still some variables in starting with two groups so please bear with us.
